Start the Windows Media presentation in the stand-alone player. This is a current working sample of a 120k stream. My goal is to achieve the largest possible image (this one is 384 pixels wide) while maintaining fluidity and as clean an image as possible. It ain't TV, but it's getting to be a usable size for more than movie clips. It seems pretty stable at around 112k while delivering 29-30 fps.
